This is the most popular training programme. Clients train 2 times a week on non-consecutive days via a muscle specific training programme. The programme lasts for either 2, 4 or 6 months depending on the client’s requirements.
Triple
Like the Double programme where clients are provided with the highest quality training and nutritional advise but based over 3 sessions in a week. This is a more intense training programme as clients spend more time with their trainer, so it helps them enhance focus on their training. The programme lasts for either 2, 4 or 6 months depending on the client’s requirements.
Intense
This is for clients training 5 days a week. This is designed for people looking to achieve goals in a shorter period. This programme is regularly chosen by people going on holiday, getting married or needing to shape up quickly for an event. The programme lasts for either 1, 2 or 4 months depending on the client’s requirements.
