Why HWH Fitness will work for you

HWH Fitness is a client focused organisation. Our aim is to make sure all our clients improve the quality of their lives through our customised training programmes. 

Our personal training programme is much more focused than most. Like other training programmes we ensure our clients Nutrition and Training is correct for their goals but unlike others work along side other organsations to provide our clients with extra services. 

We have 3 main options for our clients dependent on their situation.

How it Works

Initial Contact

Enter your details via CONTACT PAGE. Your client Manager will then contact you to organise a day for you to visit the Gym and assess your requirements. 

Bespoke Programme

After the consultation, the bespoke programme will be decided for the client along with the start date and their allocated personal trainer.

Introduction

Client will be introduced to their trainer on the start date and the improvements will start from there. All training is done between Monday to Friday only.

Competition Event

Once a month, PT’s working alongside their clients will compete against each other. These events help clients stay motivated to achieve their goals. 

HWH TRAINING OPTIONS

Double

This is the most popular training programme. Clients train 2 times a week on non-consecutive days via a muscle specific training programme. The programme lasts for either 2, 4 or 6 months depending on the client’s requirements.

Triple

Like the Double programme where clients are provided with the highest quality training and nutritional advise but based over 3 sessions in a week. This is a more intense training programme as clients spend more time with their trainer, so it helps them enhance focus on their training. The programme lasts for either 2, 4 or 6 months depending on the client’s requirements.

Intense

This is for clients training 5 days a week. This is designed for people looking to achieve goals in a shorter period. This programme is regularly chosen by people going on holiday, getting married or needing to shape up quickly for an event. The programme lasts for either 1, 2 or 4 months depending on the client’s requirements.
