Being a Gemini he has a Split personality. The beloved nice guy who will do anything for anyone and the PT in the guy that will do anything for peoples results.

Coming from a sporty background from a young age AJ has played trained and participated in almost all sports played in the UK. His only regret was not getting to play American football as it wasn’t easily available in the 90’s. 

His major fitness career stages kicked off during University when he went into body building. We believe he was just trying to impress the girls. (It didn’t work). He then left Uni and went in the world of Mixed Martial Arts. After a few years he returned to training professionals throughout London until he felt the call of HWH.

Now he has taken all his years of training and development and created some of the most exciting and entertaining training programmes for HWH clients.

MARCO

Training has adapted over the years from the archaic techniques to modern technological adaptations. To keep on top of this it's important for PT's to always learn and incorporate training into their client programmes. Marco has over the years always focused on using modern techniques to ensure his clients results.

His years of experience has provided him with the ability to deal with all kinds of clients, and his young age allows him to embrace all modern techniques with both hands.

DAHLIA

The average person goes to the gym with the sole intention of losing weight, get fit, and many now follow the trend of reducing their intake of carbohydrates. Dahlia says “that’s not the answer to achieving healthy short or long term fitness, maintaining your target weight, and sustaining both physical and mental agility”.
At HWH we care about our client’s health, their short-term goal of losing weight and getting fit, but importantly we create a programme to prepare them to maintain this status for the long term. One important area of this programme is provided by our professional Nutritionist Dahlia. She focuses on each client’s weight ‘loss and gain’ issues and using her knowledge and experience, gained from years of research, she customises each client eating plan to achieve a client specific objective. 
Dahlia says “we never use a one diet fits all, approach. In fact, we don’t use the word diet, but instead focus of a customised, yet enjoyable nutritional eating plan to complement the physical programme provided by the HWH Personal trainers to achieve the long-term look-good, feel-good factor for each individual client”. 

MARIA

Maria is a highly qualified Personal Trainer with years of experience. With her training a wide range of people she has the flexibility to cover any of your fitness needs. Her passion for fitness is second to none and commitment to her clients is why she is an asset to the HWH Fitness Family. If you’re serious about getting your fitness results, then you will find no better than Maria. 

DANNY

Danny is an Ex-Judo Champion. Don’t be fooled by his happy and friendly personality. His focus is doing what-ever is required to get you your fitness results. Highly experienced and amazing personality has created a brilliant all round Personal Trainer.
