The average person goes to the gym with the sole intention of losing weight, get fit, and many now follow the trend of reducing their intake of carbohydrates. Dahlia says “that’s not the answer to achieving healthy short or long term fitness, maintaining your target weight, and sustaining both physical and mental agility”.
At HWH we care about our client’s health, their short-term goal of losing weight and getting fit, but importantly we create a programme to prepare them to maintain this status for the long term. One important area of this programme is provided by our professional Nutritionist Dahlia. She focuses on each client’s weight ‘loss and gain’ issues and using her knowledge and experience, gained from years of research, she customises each client eating plan to achieve a client specific objective.
Dahlia says “we never use a one diet fits all, approach. In fact, we don’t use the word diet, but instead focus of a customised, yet enjoyable nutritional eating plan to complement the physical programme provided by the HWH Personal trainers to achieve the long-term look-good, feel-good factor for each individual client”.
